Revenue Share

We install, stock, and maintain the unit at no cost to the property. You earn a percentage of every transaction.


Flat Lease

Your property receives a fixed monthly payment for the placement of each machine, regardless of sales volume.


Hybrid Model

A modest base payment combined with a revenue-share tier above an agreed upon transaction threshold.


Beyond that, we offer a 90-day zero risk trial. If an amenity station doesn’t provide value (or revenue) by 90 days from installation, we’ll remove it. No questions asked, no effort on the property’s part.

Cascadia manages the entire lifecycle of any machine on your property. Your staff fields no maintenance calls, places no inventory orders, troubleshoots no payment terminal. Your job is to cash the check.

Here’s what that means:

  1. Site Assessment: We walk the floor plan together and identify two or three areas where placement will drive the highest utilization. We prioritize natural foot traffic patterns over bare wall space.

  2. Installation: Working under the guidelines set by your Operations staff, our team manages all mounting, electrical coordination and signage. Most installations happen in a single day with no disruption to guests.

  3. Stocking & Curation: Our inventory is anchored to your guest profile. A property catering to the sales road warrior is curated differently than one with heavy conference traffic. We adjust inventory quarterly based on sales data.

  4. Ongoing Service: Remote monitoring flags low inventory or equipment issues before your guests notice them. Restocking occurs on a cadence that matches your property’s occupancy patterns. If something happens before that, our local team is there within 24 hours.
